BEAUMONT BOYS BASH ANNOUNCES PARTICIPATING SPONSORS

Coushatta Casino Resort will be the Presenting Sponsor of the Beaumont Boys Bash
weekend. The weekend of events will include a Bass Tournament on Lake Sam Rayburn in
Jasper, Texas on Saturday, April 26th, a Concert at Crockett Street on Saturday, April 26th,
and a golf Tournament at Bayou Din Golf Club on Sunday, April 27th. Coushatta has
supported the former Tracy Byrd Homecoming Weekend for the last 6 events and we
appreciate their continued support in this new adventure, the Beaumont Boys Bash.

The Tracy Byrd Big Bass Tournament will be corporately sponsored by Texas Marine and
Ranger Boats. The Bass Tournament will be held at the Umphrey Family Pavilion on Lake
Sam Rayburn in Jasper, TX on Saturday, April 26th. Top 40 Prizes for the tournament will
be sponsored by Texas Marine, Ranger Boats, Yamaha, Berkley, Lucky Strike, Tyler County
ATV, Wrangler, Justin Boots, American Rodsmiths, and Mossy Oak Camouflage. Hourly
cash prizes will be sponsored by Wrangler and the CHRISTUS Health Foundation Southeast
Texas. Other participating sponsors include Anheuser-Busch, Hot Springs Convention and
Visitors Bureau, and Casa Ole.
The Beaumont Boys Bash Concert will be corporately sponsored by Motiva Enterprises.
The concert will feature Tracy Byrd, Mark Chesnutt, and Zona Jones as well as other local
acts. The show will be held outdoors at Crockett Street on Saturday, April 26th. Tickets will
be $12 in advance and $15 at the door and will allow you into the outdoor show as well as
the all of the Crockett Street venues for the evening. Advance tickets will be available at all
Fast Lane convenience stores beginning March 28th.
The Zona Jones Golf Tournament will be corporately sponsored by McLane Company. The
tournament will be held at the Bayou Din Golf Club on Sunday, April 27th. Other
participating sponsors include Alter’s Gem Jewelry, Charriol, Zummo’s, Valero, CHRISTUS
Health Foundation Southeast Texas, Ranger Boats, Anheuser-Busch, Cowboy Chrysler
Dodge Jeep, B&B Ice, and United Scaffolding.
Media Partners for the Beaumont Boys Bash include: KFDM-Channel 6, Clear Channel,
Cumulus, and KJCS. The Hilton Garden Inn-Beaumont is the official Hotel and Lloyd’s RV is
the official RV of the Beaumont Boys Bash.
Background
Tracy Byrd, Mark Chesnutt, and Zona Jones have teamed together to create a new charity
weekend of events called the Beaumont Boys Bash – “Making A Difference At Home.”
Proceeds from the Beaumont Boys Bash weekend will benefit Children’s Miracle Network,
Netcasters Youth Ministries, the Garth House, Boys’ and Girls’ Haven, and the Humane
Society. Children’s Miracle Network will use the donated proceeds to remodel the NICU at
CHRISTUS Hospital – St. Elizabeth in Beaumont.
